Pricing Policy:

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All Prices quoted on the web page are current as of the date the product page was generated by our system. In case of a discrepancy between the product page price and the shopping cart price, the Shopping cart price at the time of order will take precedence, and will be the price applicable in the case that an order is placed. The prices listed on our shopping cart exclude GST and shipping costs.

Shipping Costs are calculated and added as the customer proceeds through checkout, and are clearly visible before any customer information is required. Shipping Costs are calculated based on the product size, weight, handling, and delivery postcode, suburb and method of delivery.

In the event that a product is displayed in error or a pricing error has occurred, Pawsitive Distribution Pty Ltd will cancel the order and notify the customer. Errors and omissions are excluded.

Customer Service Policy:

Pawsitive Distribution Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Shipping And Delivery Policy

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, standard processing time is 1–2 business days from order confirmation, orders placed after 11:00 PM AEST may be processed the next business day.

We offer delivery via third-party couriers and freight partners, depending on destination and order size

Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, and delivery address, free shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be stated in your wholesale agreement, Any changes to delivery addresses post-dispatch may incur additional charges.

Pallet orders must be delivered to locations with unloading facilities (e.g., forklift access), it is your responsibility to ensure someone is present to receive and sign for the delivery.

All deliveries must be checked upon arrival, any damages, discrepancies, or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, with photo evidence where applicable, Failure to notify us within the timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

We ships goods Australia wide. However at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us to enquire about a speical order.

Return and Refund Policy

1. All Goods are sold on the basis of "no return for refund" unless:
   • The Goods are received in a damaged state
   • The Goods are supplied in the incorrect quantity
   • The Goods are faulty
2. Claims for return or refund must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the Goods and a copy of the invoice from which the Goods were supplied must be presented.
   If Customer fails to notify Pawsitive Distribution Pty Ltd within said period, such claims are deemed to be waived.
3. Goods that have passed their expiry date will only be accepted for return or refund.
4. All Goods that carry a warranty or guarantee of the manufacturer shall be returned, exchanged or refunded only when so agreed by the manufacturer.
5. If a Product Claim is made for a Customer error or change of mind and Pawsitive Distribution Pty Ltd accepts that Product Claim, Pawsitive Distribution Pty Ltd may charge the Customer a Restocking Fee, Delivery Fee and any cost incurred by Pawsitive Distribution Pty Ltd as a result of the Product Claim.
